Camp Notes
Hold Harmless for the Tower
(06/11/2008 11:25:37)Hello all (especially Week 1),
Boy Scouts who participate in Climbing activities are covered without a Hold Harmless Agreement. So we do not need to fill out those forms for Summer Camp activities. I apologize for the inconvenience I have caused but i had to make a decision on the spot and errored towards safety.

Advanced SPL Week
(05/24/2008 09:31:26)There are still openings in the Advanced SPL week at both Camp Berry and Camp Lakota.
Merit Badge Program Fees
(05/23/2008 10:05:31)The Program Fees for Indian Lore and Wood Carving vary from $4 to $15.
Duplicating Merit Badges
(05/19/2008 12:43:11)Please double check that none of your boys are signed up for Merit Badges they have already earned. Our counselors have the right to turn campers away if the camper has already earned the Merit Badge. Our priority is the boys who still need to earn Merit Badges. Last year this was a problem in Rifle Shooting. Muzzleloading and Modern are different forms of the same Merit Badge.
Your cooperation with this is much appreciated.
Program Fees
(05/19/2008 12:29:47)All the Program fees have been updated under the Merit Badge Notes. Please note these and be prepared to pay them at the Ten Day Out Meeting. For the Handicraft Merit Badges that the prices vary the boys will purchase their projects when they arrive at camp.

Schedule Final
(03/18/2008 04:55:43)Hello All,
The Schedule is as final as it can be. Horsemanship is not on the schedule yet because we need to finalize if it can be offered both morning and afternoon or not. Also I will try to get a few Pilot Merit Badges out for specific weeks based on leaders' expertise and desire to offer a few special Merit Badges. If you have any Merit Badges you would like to teach when you are in camp please e-mail me and we will see what we can work out.
Berry Proud,
Pete
